You can request our Return & Refund Service when:
You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 business days of confirmed delivery if the product has not been used and activated.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
- Requested beyond 7 business days of confirm receiving KINOFI product.
- A product sent to KINOFI for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item with cracks, dents or scratches etc.
- A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
- A product is not delivered to KINOFI within 7 business days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from KINOFI.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email for confirming the returned item(s) is received. Another notification email will be sent to approve or reject the refund.
If refund is confirmed, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Certain surcharge may be created, subjected to the bank or the bank of credit card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
You may first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced item(s) is refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
