Make sure Bluetooth on your phone is on. To Reconnect your Phone with the App, simply restart the App on your phone.
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Remember to also check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email within a few hours, please contact us.
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item! Please send us an email with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in 'How do I return an item?' and we'll do our best to resolve this for you right away.
Once the clip is screwed on, you have to press down and turn the clip like a medicine bottle's "Safety Cap". Push Down and turn Clockwise to LOCK. Push Down and turn Counter Clockwise to UNLOCK. This is to ensure that the clip stays on and turns properly during its rotation.

a. Single Mode is the simple, easy-to-use mode with some pre-set functions.  
b. Studio Mode is a more advanced mode with in-depth settings and also includes our Multi-Sequence function in which you can program multiple devices at the same time.
There are a few things you need to be aware of. 1) clip straight 2) Phone has to be vertical and never horizontally placed. 3) Make sure the device is horizontally placed on surface 4) panoramic view has to be at least 1 meter radius from the device in order to get the best result.
